We are a small home-based business in Lopez, WA that has a tremendous network of partners to manufacture and ship our products. Our storefront is our website. While the storefront is open 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, we are available to answer questions on Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm PT. (we are also likely to answer emails during Saturday and Sunday). Emailed questions are preferred but we provide a number that you can text or call as well. Just like you, we are getting bombarded with Scam calls and may not answer when you try to call. Please leave a message with your name and order number and we will call you back.
